GAXreloaded is a powerful application directed primarily at graphic designers and people working in web development. In short, anyone who works with graphics. It contains a colour selector, a desktop ruler and a simple screen capture tool.

The colour selector allows you to know the colour code of any pixel on the screen (in RGB, hexadecimal or percentage formats). The ruler allows you to measure any distance in pixels on the screen, and the capture utility allows you to export the captured image, save it as JPG or BMP, or even capture a sequence of images.
